trend spy: a market analysis platform for small businesses, designed and built end to end
small businesses were copy-pasting between five dashboards a day. i led research across 12 stakeholders at 6 companies, built a 15-component design system, and developed the react front-end, so the design system and the codebase are the same thing. shipped january 2026, live at trendspy.app.

square website refresh / world model
a knowledge graph of everything square's marketing says — 25,427 entities with verified citations, queryable by any ai agent — and the generative, per-visitor product pages it led to. grounding cut critical factual errors in ai drafts from 87.5% to 16.7%.

managerbot · supplier ordering
an ai assistant that preps supplier orders while the seller keeps control of credentials, product matches, and checkout. i designed the sign-in and handoff flows, prototyped them, then built them: the browser ui in react and the us foods commands in go.

recurring p2p payments (cash app)
a one-week hack week prototype for subscribing to a friend: the same payment, on a schedule. an idea the product had explored three times and never shipped. it is now in active development.

record pull (tidal)
a capture layer for the tidal player: when a song hits, you pull it. three taps instead of a text box — the craft, the feeling, the connection. two prototypes (the vision and the version the backend supports today) plus the audit that drew the line between them.
